On the 28th of December 2019 Adam Peaty is going to be spending his 25th birthday with… YOU?
As the year draws to a close and Adam is reflecting on what has been a year full of massive highs and lows, he is going to be running his first ever birthday swim clinic. Adam will be sharing his biggest lessons from the year just before he goes full steam ahead in to the final year of the Olympic quad!
Over the day there will be two stations designed around helping swimmer find that extra level up needed headed into any Olympic year. To round off the day Adam will be giving a talk based around mental health in swimming. This is a serious issue and Adam wants to help raise awareness amongst young swimmers.
