Simply sign up with your name, email, choose a password and accept the terms and conditions. To enter meets you must associate a swimmer with your account. To do this go to your profile, click 'Add swimmer' and type the ASA number and date of birth (you can add as many swimmers as you like). This is a one time only set up.
To search for a meet, either use the search bar or click 'Find a meet' to see our comprehensive list of swim meets. You can search using keywords and can filter by location, level, date and more. Finding a meet couldn't be easier.
Once you have found a meet which suits you, simply click 'enter'. If you are all ready to go you will see any associated swimmers with your account. To enter a particular swimmer, click on their name and and fill in the times for the races you wish to enter and repeat for any other swimmers.
If there are any other meets you wish to enter at the same time, repeat steps 2 and 3. Please note, you can only enter meets which have gone live, this will vary from one swimming meet to another. See our FAQ's for more.
Once you are happy your entries are correct, go to your basket, confirm your entries and pay. Paying is simple, just follow the onscreen instructions. We accept most payment methods, please see our FAQ's for more details.
Organisers, Coaches and Clubs will have special permissions and we will need to verify you individually. To obtain these special permissions please contact us.
