Adam Peaty Birthday Clinic
On the 28th of December 2019 Adam Peaty is going to be spending his 25th birthday with… YOU?
As the year draws to a close and Adam is reflecting on what has been a year full of massive highs and lows, he is going to be running his first ever birthday swim clinic. Adam will be sharing his biggest lessons from the year just before he goes full steam ahead into the final year of the Olympic quad!
Over the day there will be two stations designed around helping swimmer find that extra level up needed headed into any Olympic year. To round off the day Adam will be giving a talk based around mental health in swimming. This is a serious issue and Adam wants to help raise awareness amongst young swimmers.

Course Content
- Swim Station
- While the swimmers are in the pool, they will be joined in the water by Adam himself. The session will partially focus on the area where Adam has seen his biggest improvements over the last year. The pull out to the transition into the stroke.
- Gym station
- The gym station is going to be a session based around power to match the focus in the pool. The underwater phase is helped massively if swimmers can produce good power on land.
- Presentation
- As it is his birthday and Adam is reflecting on the last year he is going to be talking about his struggles with mental health in sport. Adam believes it is important to really make sure it is something that swimmers focus on and that it isn’t just forgotten about.
