Entries are open for The Wigan & Tyldesley Season starter meet on 13th and 14th September. This is the most fun gala meet in the calendar, with loads of dancing and conga's round the pool! We have a very short entry window of a week to get entries in to avoid disappointment.

Entries are open to all club swimmers aged 9 and over, from Link squad up to Performance Elite. This meet has all 50m, 100m, and 200m events as well as the 400m free and 400m IM (400m events for 12 and overs). This year we also see a new addition of SKINS events. Swimmers will qualify for the SKINS events by coming in the top 8 of the 200m IM in the 14 and under age group and the 15 and over age group. Swimmers will be invited to take a place in the SKINS events but can turn it down if they wish. If swimmers do turn down the chance to compete in the SKINS events we will then offer open places to the next 8 placed swimmers. More info can be found in the terms and conditions!!!

Entries £6.00 per event. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, whose times are below the upper limit and will be awarded in the following age groups; 9 years, 10 years, 11 years, 12 years, 13 years, 14 years 15 years/over.

This is an excellent early season opportunity for all our squad swimmers to compete and practice their racing before the North Midlands Championships and Arena League. Lets start the new season off with a bang!!!
